Dr. Anne L. White graduated from Park-Tudor School in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She graduated from medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed her residency at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Family Medicine. White is a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, the American College of Phlebology, and is a premier physician with the Botox Cosmetic physician's network. Dr. White is Board certified and has been in the private practice of Medicine in Winston-Salem since 1988, and with special emphasis in Cosmetic and Laser Surgery since 2002.

Dr. Anne White has been honored in being selected by Medicis, the company that markets PERLANE ® in the US, as a national trainer for Medicis, so that other Cosmetic Surgeons nationwide will have the opportunity to train at Carolina Laser and Cosmetic Center in Winston-Salem to learn Dr. White’s techniques.
